What is the minimum duration for a Jenparle subscription?

Do I need to create an account to access the platform?

No, the administrator can choose whether the platform is accessible only by creating an account or not.

Can anyone participate, or can access to the platform be restricted to a list or by registration?

Administrators can choose the settings for their consultation platform, which can be open or closed, and visible or invisible to search engines.

Can we find out who has contributed to the platform (age of participants, place of origin, occupation, etc.)?

Yes, administrators can collect all kinds of data they deem relevant to the consultation process, and can cross-reference this information with the results obtained during consultations.

Does the platform comply with RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation) standards?

Yes, the platform is RGPD compliant.

How is the platform moderated?

If the administrator wishes, he can validate each publication before it is posted on the platform, to avoid abusive language for example. Alternatively, he can review each contribution in the backoffice and moderate it after publication.
