An online platform for consultation on the RTE company project, designed to support the various transformation projects of the company by involving all employees in the discussions
- Phase 1: Exchange platform for the 8,000 employees used in addition to 2 consensus conferences involving 25 employees. Open debates on 6 questions with more than 800 contributions to enrich the work of the 2 conferences.
- Phase 2: Internal company network for managers in charge of the further development of the company's Impulsion & Vision project.
- 22 open discussion threads
- 46 working groups created
- More than 6,000 contributions in the framework of consultations carried out thanks to questionnaires and visual ideation tools (survey on jobs, lessons on home working, etc.)
