Frequently asked questions

What are the differences with the regulatory consultation tool?
Consultation allows users not only to post their own contributions, but also to comment on and liker/disliker those of others, which is not the case with the regulatory consultation tool. Both tools meet different needs.
Is there a regulatory framework for organizing a consultation?
If the consultation is "voluntary", there is no regulatory framework for organizing a consultation; on the other hand, if the consultation applies to a project covered by certain articles of the town planning code or the environment code, a regulatory framework must be respected.
How can we analyze the contributions?
Below a certain number of contributions, you can analyze them by reading them one by one, according to the criteria of your choice. To facilitate analysis, you can add themes to the contributions. They will then be automatically sorted by theme when the data is exported. If you exceed a certain number of contributions, we advise you to use analysis software.
