A consultation platform on RTE's corporate project, designed to support the various transformation projects within the company by involving all employees in the discussions
- Phase 1: An exchange platform for 8,000 employees, used in conjunction with two consensus conferences bringing together 25 employees each. Open discussions on six questions resulted in over 800 contributions enriching the work of the two conferences.
- Phase 2: Internal company network for managers in charge of further developing the Enterprise Impulse & Vision project.
- 22 discussion threads opened
- 46 working groups created
- More than 6,000 contributions as part of consultations conducted using questionnaire and visual ideation tools (job survey, lessons learned from remote work, etc.)
