Internal working platform of the MAIF employees' and activists' collective agreement as part of updating its ten-year vision
- Implementation of a closed platform dedicated to the 50 members of the Convention . Opening of a questionnaire accessible to all clients.
- Provision of documentation on the process : information pages, program, session resources, members, sharing of logistical information, session photos, etc.
- A discussion forum has been created for Convention members, allowing for continuous exchange throughout the process.
- Development of a report amendment space using a suggestion grid to allow users to indicate their comments by section and line number.
- A comprehensive questionnaire has been launched, open to all MAIF customers, to gain a better understanding of the membership and its expectations.
